Vicki is best known for her portrayal of Yvette Carte-Blanche in the hit BBC series Allo Allo which has gained her worldwide recognition. She played Yvette for all nine series with the stage version taking her on national and international tours to Australia and New Zealand smashing box office records, not to mention two seasons in the West End at the Palladium, Prince of Wales and Dominion Theatres.

In recent years, Vicki has continued to receive much critical acclaim in the theatre where, in the last few months she has completed a hugely successful major UK tour re creating her role as Yvette in the 25th Anniversary Stage production of Allo Allo, starred as Linda Harper in Wife Begins at Forty in Blackpool, and most recently stared as Sarah Daniels, a former variety star in the play That’s Love by Ron Aldridge and toured as pub landlady Vi Collins in the new Ray Cooney, Chas and Dave musical Stop Dreamin’, destined to open in London’s West End in the near future.  Vicki has now firmly established herself as a leading musical performer, most notably previously for her portrayals of the incorrigible Miss Hannigan in Annie, the hugely diverse roles of Lady Raeburn and nightclub singer Asphynxia in Salad Days and Miss Mona  in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

On television, she has recently made a return to her dramatic roots, starring opposite Ray Winstone as his wife Emma, in the wonderfully hard hitting and controversial film All in the Game in addition to playing the flamboyant Patricia Foster in Emmerdale. She also once again portrayed the role of Yvette in the award winning Return of Allo Allo.  Her latest television appearances have seen her cook up a storm in the popular show Celebrity Masterchef, rummage through her drawers for Cash in the Celebrity Attic and guest on the popular chat programmes, Loose Women and The Alan Titchmarsh Show.

Vicki began her extensive acting career playing leading straight roles on television in such series    as Softly Softly, Minder and The Professionals. She has worked with comedy greats Dick Emery, Les Dawson, The Two Ronnie’s, Ken Dodd, Kenny Everett and Lenny Henry to name but a few and has appeared in series including Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads, Come Back Mrs Noah, Are you Being Served, Gayle’s World and Noel’s House Party, She has also made frequent guest appearances on a vast array of TV game and chat shows such as The Weakest Link, The Generation Game, Blankety Blank, This Morning, Comedy Connections, Children in Need and The Lottery Show.

Film Credits include: - The Greek Tycoon, The Sentinel, Queen Kong, The Priest of Love, The Likely Lads, George and Mildred, The Colour of Funny and Brahms and Liszt.

Extensive theatre work has seen her playing opposite Dudley Moore in Play It Again Sam both on national tour and in London’s West End and the leading roles of Mina in Dracula, Vera in Doctor in the House, Renee in Women of a Certain Age, Jacqueline in Don’t Dress For Dinner, Ruth in the two Alan Ayckbourn plays, Round and Round the Garden and Table Manners, Hilda Bigley in  Business Affairs, Glenda Parry in The Tart and The Vicar’s Wife, Pamela Willey in Out of Order, Betty in Funny Money, Donna and Dawn in Double Vision, Gillian in Audacity, Sally in Bedside Manners and Maxine in Stepping Out, adding tap dancing to her repertoire.

An accomplished presenter, Vicki has also worked in a classical vein with English Sinfonia, narrating Edith Sitwell poetry to William Walton’s Façade and is in constant demand to host charity events around the country.

Numerous pantomime appearances include:- The Wicked Red Queen in Snow White, Lady Cruella (Wicked Stepmother) in Cinderella, The Lilac Fairy and Fairy Moan in Sleeping Beauty, Mrs Darling and Harrietta Hook in Peter Pan, Aladdin and Genie of the Ring in Aladdin, The Fairy in Mother Goose, Jack and the Beanstalk and Robin Hood.

Aside from her performance commitments, Vicki also heads her own international celebrity and after dinner speaker specialist agency Trading Faces, providing speakers and entertainers for personal appearances and corporate events.

She is married with one daughter, Louise Michelle, also an actress.

Her hobbies include; yoga, keep fit, swimming, gardening and theatre.

Vicki is currently filming the role of Deborah Whitton, a charismatic, highly respected and successful casting director (with a penchant for sharing the odd tipple), in the new feature Rom-Com entitled The Callback Queen. The film which is due for completion at the end of the year is being directed by the award winning Graham Cantwell.

Future plans include more theatre.
