Vicki is to
star alongside her real life daughter Louise Michelle in a
new short film by Paul Burton entitled Resentment which is
scheduled for filming this autumn at Elstree Studios and
scheduled for television screening early in 2010, on Sky
Channel 167 - Information TV2.
The drama
in which Vicki and Louise will play screen mother and
daughter Amanda and Jessica Newman, is a dark story of love,
jealousy and control with Amanda disapproving of her
daughter’s choice of fiancé. Setting out to deter her
daughter from what she perceives to be a potentially
disastrous marriage, resentment abounds. Will Amanda’s fears
for her daughter prove justified and are the mother’s
motives entirely unselfish?
Resentment
marks the first occasion that Vicki and Louise will have
played opposite each for the small screen.
